Composition of information about Users, which is received and processed by Zoohub.online

Personal data collected and processed depending on how Users use the services of the Contractor:

registration data (surname, first name, e-mail, phone number) are required to create a user account on our website. We store them in a user database, access to which is restricted. This data is used to identify the User, provide access to the account, the ability to restore access to the account in case of password loss;
information about purchases - to process orders, we collect information about the purchased goods, their cost, and the date and time of placing the order. This data is stored together with the order information;
in connection with any agreement and payment services or services provided on the Site, the User's data, including, but not limited to, bank account numbers, payment information, credit/debit card numbers, expiration dates, and security codes, check and payment order data, account data may be collected for sale and purchase, as well as for agreeing the purchase price of goods or services sold and ordered on the Site. At the same time, the majority of such data is deleted immediately after use, except cases when such data are subject to storage for a period established by applicable legislation by the norms of international private and international public law;
information about the User's actions on the Site, including, but not limited to, types and characteristics of goods (size, color, etc.), prices, contact details, and any records and information about agreements, payment services provided to the User or services that provided on the Site, as well as disputes in connection with such agreements and/or services;
any information disclosed by the User, among other things, when leaving feedback, comments and/or remarks, or otherwise when using the Site, including the feedback, comment and/or remarks, photo or other images of the User, if the User provided such photo or image by himself or through a social network, location and name of the User. By uploading the relevant photograph or other image, the User confirms that he has the right to use such photograph or other image on the Site or otherwise while using the Site. From the moment of the above placement, transmission, or publication by the User of reviews, comments, and/or remarks about services and products, their photos, and other content regarding the goods and services posted on the website, the User grants the Contractor the right to use such information or another right free of charge;
data on interaction on the Site - IP address, data on viewed pages, clicks, search history. This data is used to analyze and improve the functionality of the Site.

Part of the information mentioned above, the collection of which is carried out by the Contractor by the conditions mentioned above, may be classified as personal data by the applicable legislation of Ukraine, applicable norms of foreign law, international private and international public law in compliance with the relevant restrictions in the field of data protection (from now on - " Personal data").

To ensure the ability of the Contractor to provide services to Users (for example, the ability to register and fill the store with Ads), Users may be required to provide specific categories of data (in particular, Personal Data), such as a user's name, address, phone number, e-mail address, etc. If the User does not provide the relevant data specified as necessary, we will not be able to complete the registration of such User or provide specific services.

Purposes of personal data processing

The information sent by the User to the Performer for publication on the Site may be publicly available on the Site and, therefore, open to access by any Internet user. The user must exercise caution when deciding what information to publish.

Personal data storage terms

The Contractor shall retain the User's Personal Data for as long as the Contractor has a reasonable commercial need to retain such data for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, as long as the User actively uses the Site, or for the time required or permitted under applicable law (including but not limited to the legislation of Ukraine, the European Union), in particular with the tax legislation applicable to us and legislation in the field of accounting, as well as by the norms of international private and international public law.

Protection of personal data

Zoohub.online takes all necessary and sufficient legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect Personal Data from unauthorized or accidental access to them, destruction, modification, blocking, distribution of Personal Data, and other illegal actions with them.
