User Agreement
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY!
Welcome to Zoohub.online ! This User Agreement sets out the conditions for accessing and using the Site. This document is a legally binding agreement between the User (buyer/seller) of the Site (from now on "You," "Your," "User") and the legal entity Zoohub.online (from now on referred to as "we," "our" or "Zoohub.online").
The site - Zoohub.online is provided for the interaction of seller and consumer to conclude agreements on goods and/or between sellers, sellers-entrepreneurs, legal entities, and buyers-consumers who purchase goods and/or services solely for personal use.
Application and acceptance of conditions
The terms in this document govern the User's access to and use of Zoohub.online's Site and Services, Software and Products (such services, software, and products are from now on collectively referred to as the "Services"), along with the Privacy Policy and the Product Placement Policy, as well as other rules and the Site Policy, which Zoohub.online may publish periodically. This document, similar rules, and the Site Policy are collectively called the "Terms." By using or accessing the Site and the "Services," the User agrees to accept and abide by the Terms. Please do not use or access the Services and the Site unless you accept all the Terms.
The User may not use and access the Services or the Site and may not agree to the Terms if:
The user's age does not allow them to conclude a contract with Zoohub.online;
The User is prohibited from using any Services under the laws of Ukraine or another country/region, including the country/region in which the User is a resident or in which the User uses or accesses the Services and the Site.
Zoohub.online may change any Terms anytime by posting the relevant amended Terms on the Site. By using or accessing the Services or the Site, the User confirms his agreement with the amended Terms. Priority shall be given to the Additional Agreements only in part regulating the provision of the relevant Services (or part of the Services) provided under such Additional Agreements.
The terms and conditions may not be changed or supplemented in any other way than by changing the online form by an authorized person of Zoohub.online
Provision of services and information of a legal nature
The User must register on the Site to access and use the Services. In the future, Zoohub.online reserves the right to restrict access to or use certain Services, parts of the Service, or any Site functionality to the User without prior notice or subject to other conditions that Zoohub.online may impose at its discretion.
Zoohub.online may, in its sole discretion, restrict, revoke or create different levels of access or use, as well as the functionality of any Services (or any part of the Service provided), impose additional measures to protect User accounts, ways to authenticate Users, restrict access or use. If suspicious activity is detected in the User's account (including modifying or revoking your authentication data, restricting access to or use of the account for security purposes), for technical reasons, and (in the cases provided for in this Agreement) to grant access or use Services (or any part thereof) provided that Zoohub.online is provided by the User with additional information and/or documents. The conditions and measures set out in this paragraph may apply, particularly to specific Users, as the case may be.
In these Terms, you agree that some functions on the Site are performed by the User on a paid basis. Funds are non-refundable. Replenishment and functioning of the wallet is specified in the rules of Zoohub.online "Personal wallet".
Services are provided on an "as is" basis. Zoohub.online does not provide any guarantees regarding the error-free and uninterrupted operation of the Site or Services, compliance of the Site or Services with specific purposes and expectations of the User, or security of access or use of the Service or Site.
Actions on sanctioned countries.
We inform you that the Site may not participate in or otherwise engage in activities for/on behalf of or for the benefit of individuals and legal entities, organizations involved in terrorism, drug trafficking, arms proliferation, and/or other activities that threaten national security, foreign policy or the economy, and is subject to sanctions by Ukraine, the European Union, the United States, or other existing sanctions regimes, including activities directly or indirectly involving Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Sudan, Republic of Belarus and Russia. The listed list of countries needs to be completed and may vary depending on the country of the Seller and the Buyer. The supply or sale of goods through Zoohub.online to any of these countries and regions is prohibited.
Creating or linking accounts in countries or regions not supported by Zoohub.online may be blocked.
Terms for all users
As a necessary condition for access and use of the User of the Site and Services, you confirm compliance with all applicable laws and regulations when using and accessing the Site and Services.
You acknowledge that you will not:
copy, reproduce, download, republish, sell, distribute, or resell any Services or any information, text, images, graphics, videos, sounds, directories, files, databases or lists, etc., available on the Site (Content of the Site), and
You will not copy, reproduce, download, collect, or in any other way use the Content of the Site for business purposes that compete with the business Zoohub.online or use the Content of the Site commercially by any method.
A systematic search of Site Content Site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, collections, accumulations, databases, and directories (using robots, spyware, automated devices, or manually), without the written permission of Zoohub.online is prohibited. Using any content or data on the Site for any purpose not expressly permitted in the Terms is prohibited.
Zoohub.online is not responsible for the fact that the User may access the content, products, and services offered by third parties through hyperlinks (in the form of text links, banners, channels, etc.), API, or in any other form leading to the third party website. You understand that Zoohub.online does not control such Third Party Sites, does not review such Sites, and is not responsible or liable to anyone for such Sites or any content, products, or services that may be provided on such Sites. Sites or using such Sites, including the security of access to or use of content, products, or services offered by third parties through hyperlinks (in the form of text links, banners, channels, etc.), API, or otherwise, as well as on third-party websites.
You acknowledge that you will not take any action that could compromise the integrity of Zoohub.online's computer systems and networks, any Users, or third parties (including, you agree not to use malicious software, codes, or other computer software). information that may adversely affect those systems and networks) and you will not have or attempt to gain unauthorized access to such computer systems or networks. To protect the computer systems, networks, and equipment of Zoohub.online, as well as Users, Zoohub.online has the right to restrict the receipt of any messages and/or their delivery to the User when Zoohub.online has reason to believe that such messages contain harmful programs, codes, or other computer information. The User agrees to improve the security of the Zoohub.online Site, he has the right to monitor messages using automatic filtering and anti-virus protection and analyze and research malicious programs and computer information.
You acknowledge that you will not take any action that could compromise the integrity of Zoohub.online feedback system, such as positive feedback about you using the Member's second ID number or through third parties or leaving unreasonable negative feedback about another User.
By downloading or displaying any information, content, or data (from now on referred to as "User Content") on the Site, or providing any User Content Zoohub.online or its representatives, to the extent permitted by applicable law, you provide irrevocable, indefinite, universal, free, transferable (multi-step) Zoohub.online permission to display, forward, distribute, reproduce, publish, duplicate, adapt, modify, translate, create and, otherwise use any or all User Content in any what form, multimedia, and technology are known or currently unknown in any way and for any purpose that may be beneficial to Zoohub.online, the operation of the Site, the provision of any Services to the User, you acknowledge and warrant Zoohub.online that you have all the rights and authority to grant such permission and the User Content and use of such User Content (including derived results of intellectual activity) of Zoohub.online and/or its representatives under such permission is free from any restrictions and does not violate the rights of third parties, to the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive your right to enforce your intellectual property rights in User Content concerning Zoohub.online and/or its agents in connection with the use of such User Content in connection with the provision of Services, information protected by the legislation on personal data protection will be used and stored exclusively by the requirements of the law.
User Account
The User must be registered on the Site and become a Member to access or use certain Services (the Registered User is also now referred to as the "Member"). One User can register only one account (including when registering via social networks). The account of the User who does not pay the subscription fee is restricted in access to all functions of the Site (for example, to sell, use the Secure Agreement when buying).
Zoohub.online has the right to limit or block the ability to place orders on the Site, cancel the User's order, block, restrict access (in whole or part) or delete the User's account (including any account content) if Zoohub.online has reasons consider that the User has simultaneously registered or controlled two or more accounts without the special permission of Zoohub.online threatens to violate or violates these Terms, other user agreements, rules of any shares, rights, or legitimate interests of Zoohub.online, other Users or third parties, as well as if access to or use of the account may affect the Services, Site or computer systems and networks Zoohub.online, any Users, or third parties. In this case, Zoohub.online independently determines the grounds for recognizing the User's actions as violating these Terms and other rules of Zoohub.online, and has the right not to disclose them to third parties.
Zoohub.online may reject the User's request to register an account, including for the reasons specified in this clause 4.1, and if Zoohub.online has reason to believe that the User has provided inaccurate, insufficient, or irrelevant information for account registration.
Zoohub.online has the right to delete the User's account and deny access to any Services or functionality of the Site using any account, including in case of non-use of the relevant functionality of the Site or Services.
Unless otherwise provided by these Terms, when registering on the Site Zoohub.online creates an account. The username at registration must correspond to the person performing such actions; the Participant chooses the password during registration on the Site independently. To avoid duplication, the ability to register multiple accounts, and resolve problems in the event of their occurrence, the person also provides personal data for identification. In this case, Zoohub.online has the right to refuse user registration in the event of registration of a new one (in case of blocking the previous one) and/or creation of another account or mismatch of the Password of the Member's account.
The Participant undertakes to provide reliable and complete data during the registration and creation of the Participant's account on the Site and to keep them up to date. In the event of Zoohub.online's suspicion that the information provided by the User is inaccurate, incomplete, or irrelevant, to ensure the security of Zoohub.online has the right to block, restrict (fully or partially) or delete the Member's account, including any which account content), deny the User access to or use of the Site, provide Services (in whole or in part), cancel the order, as well as change or reset the authentication data of the Participant.
The User's username and password combination is unique to the account. Each Member is fully responsible for the confidentiality and preservation of data used for authorization on the Site, including the User's username and password, for all uses and activities under the Member's account.
The Member may not share, transmit, disclose, or allow the use of data used for authorization on the Site, including the User's username or password, to any other person and must exercise caution when authorizing or using an account (including using stable passwords, logging out of the account when closing the Site, not transferring the device to third parties in an incomplete session (with username and password entered) or data to access the account) and carries responsibility for the security and confidentiality of their data, including username and password.
The Participant undertakes to immediately notify Zoohub.online in case of suspicion of unauthorized access to the Site using the Participant's account, unauthorized use or compromise of his data, including username or password of the Participant, as well as other means of authentication Member on the Site or any other breach of account security occurs.
The Participant acknowledges and agrees that any actions on the Site, including the use of the Site or the Services performed under its account (including, without limitation, the posting of any product information, pressing the buttons to confirm agreement with the terms of any -which agreements or rules, payment for any services, or mailing of social networks), will be considered authorized and implemented by the relevant Participant to whom the account is registered. The Member is responsible for all actions on the Site under his account. Zoohub.online is not responsible for any loss or alteration of data, as well as other consequences of violation by the Participant of any provisions of this section of the Agreement or access of third parties to the Participant's account.
The User acknowledges that transferring his account or data to access the account to others (collectively, "multiple uses") may harm Zoohub.online, other Users of the Site, or third parties.
The Member undertakes to reimburse Zoohub.online, the representatives for any damages and losses (including, but not limited to unearned income) incurred as a result of the use of your account by others, as well as if the User has registered or controls two and more accounts without the special permission of Zoohub.online and/or violates these Terms.
The Member also confirms that in the event of multiple uses of his account or another breach through the fault of the Member of the retention of his account, Zoohub.online is not liable for any damages and losses caused by such breach, as well as for any loss or change of data, and has the right to suspend, restrict, block (in whole or in part) or delete the Participant's account without the Participant's consent, as well as change or reset the Participant's authentication data, including in case of suspicion of unauthorized or compromising the data (including the User's username and password) used to access or use the Member's account, and to cancel the User's order.
If a potential debt on an unauthorized application is identified, as a result of which permission was obtained for unauthorized registration or compromise of data, which is confirmed to access the public note, Zoohub.online has the right to:
Restrict access, block (in whole or part), suspend the Member's account, restrict the User's account function and/or pay for orders on the Site, delete the Member's account, and cancel the User's order. To resolve the cancellation of orders placed and/or paid before introducing restrictions, the Participant must contact us if attackers committed them. In this case, Zoohub.online will consider these requests but does not guarantee the mandatory cancellation of such orders and refunds;
consider the Member's request (if the Member has contacted us and reported a possible breach of security of his account) or contact the Member directly from the contact details available on Zoohub.online. Zoohub.online may provide e-mail correspondence with the Member, contact them for contact details provided by the Member during registration (as well as for further use of the account), and/or request that the person who controls the account has confirmed that he is a Member by providing additional information or documents, such as a scan/photo of any official identity document. Failure to provide such information or documents may be considered by Zoohub.online as providing inaccurate information or as a circumstance indicating a possible misappropriation of the account, and cause the consequences specified of the Terms above, and is grounds for appeal to the competence of law enforcement agencies. If the user-provided data that do not match the data provided by the User when registering or ordering, as well as when the data provided during registration does not allow to identify of the User, Zoohub.online reserves the right to deny the User access to the Services to the account, use of the Site, as well as cancel the User's order;
consider the removal of restrictions on transactions (purchases), unblocking or lifting access restrictions for the Participant's account as a result of the measures set out of the Terms;
when placing, accepting, and processing orders on the Site, the User provides accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including about himself and/or the recipient of the order (name, delivery address, contact phone number, e-mail address, and other necessary information). The provision of incorrect, incomplete, or irrelevant information by the User may be considered by Zoohub.online (depending on the circumstances) as a refusal of the order or a circumstance indicating possible illegal seizure of an account or illegal activity on the Site, and lead to the consequences specified in Conditions above.
If Zoohub.online finds or suspects that the User is purchasing goods on the Site for resale and profit (not for personal use), and orders a large number of goods for resale, Zoohub.online has the right to block, restrict (in whole or in part) or delete the Participant's account (including any account content), as well as deny the User access to or use of the Site, provide Services (in whole or in part), cancel the order
We do not guarantee that as a result of accessing or using the Site or the Services, third parties will be unable to illegally use the account, including not being able to harm the Member. In this regard, the Participant must be vigilant when working with the account, refrain from entering the password on other people's devices, use the account in public places, save the password on unprotected media, and perform other actions that pose a security threat.
Responsibilities of the Participants
Each User (Seller) represents, warrants, and certifies that:
he has all the authority to agree to the Terms, to issue the Permit, and to fulfill the obligations under this Agreement;
he uses and accesses the Site and Services only to conduct business, and
for Users who are legal entities, the address provided during registration is the main location of the enterprise. For this provision, a branch or additional office may not be considered a separate entity and your central location will be considered the head office.
The User is obliged to provide all necessary information when registering on the Site or using and accessing any Services or account to ensure their identification, resolve disputes in the event of such, and ensure the trust of the seller/buyer. Each User submits, warrants, and confirms that:
such information and data provided during the registration process or the use of the Site or Services is true, accurate, current, and complete, and
you will maintain and promptly change all information and data, to keep them true, accurate, relevant and complete.
By becoming a Member, you consent to including contact information about you in our database and allow Zoohub.online. Our representative is to share contact information with other Users or use your personal information by the Privacy Policy.
Each Participant represents, warrants, and confirms that:
It is fully responsible for obtaining all necessary third-party permissions concerning any User Content that it submits, downloads, or displays;
any User Content that it presents, downloads, or displays does not infringe the copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade names, trade secrets, or any other personal or property rights of any third party ("Third Party Rights ");
have the right and authority to sell, buy, trade, distribute or export, or offer to sell, trade, distribute or export the products or services described in the User Content and such sell, buy, trade, distribute or export or offer do not violate any rights of third parties;
You and your representatives are not subject to any trade restrictions, sanctions, or other legal restrictions imposed by any country, international organization, or jurisdiction and have not participated in the distance sale of counterfeit or pirated products;
if the User Content contains images of persons other than you, you confirm that you have obtained the consent of these persons to use their images by the terms of this Agreement. If these persons are minors by applicable law, you acknowledge that you have obtained the consent of their legal representatives to use their image by the terms of this Agreement, required by applicable law;
If the User Content contains your image, you confirm that you agree to the use of your image by the terms of this Agreement.
Each Participant submits, warrants, and confirms that the User Content it submits, downloads, or displays must be:
true, accurate, complete, and legitimate;
not to be false, misleading, or deceptive;
does not contain information that is discrediting, defamatory, threatening or harassing, obscene, unacceptable, aggressive, aggressive, explicitly sexual, or harmful to minors;
does not contain information that is discriminatory or contributes to discrimination based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age;
does not violate the Product Placement Policy, other terms, or any applicable Additional Agreements;
does not violate any applicable laws and regulations (including, without limitation, governing export controls, consumer protection, unfair competition, excessively unreasonable overpricing, or false advertising) or promote any measures that may violate any applicable laws and regulations;
does not contain direct or indirect links to any other website that contains any content that may violate these Terms;
Each Participant also represents, warrants, and confirms that it undertakes:
operate on the Site by any applicable laws and regulations;
conduct their business transactions with other users of the Site in good faith;
to operate by the Terms and any applicable Supplementary Agreements;
not to use the Services or the Site to defraud any person or organization (including, without limitation, not to sell stolen items or use stolen credit/debit cards);
not to impersonate another person or organization, not to distort oneself or one's affiliation with any person or organization;
do not engage in spamming or phishing;
not to allow any other illegal actions (including, without limitation, those that will be a criminal offense, lead to civil liability, etc.) or to encourage any illegal actions;
do not attempt to copy, reproduce, operate, or expropriate various proprietary catalogs, databases, and lists of Zoohub.online;
do not distribute any computer viruses or other destructive devices and codes that damage, interfere with, intercept, or expropriate any software or hardware systems, data, or personal information;
not to participate in any schemes that may undermine the integrity of data, systems, or networks used by Zoohub.online and/or any user of the Site or gain unauthorized access to such data, systems, and networks;
Not participating in activities that could make Zoohub.online and its representatives bear any responsibility.
A Member may not use the Site, Services, and Account to participate in activities similar to or identical to the Zoohub.online e-commerce business platform.
The Participant agrees to provide all necessary information, data, confirmations, and all necessary assistance and cooperation for providing Zoohub.online Services for assessing violations of the Terms and/or complaint handling of any Participant. If the Participant fails to comply with these requirements, which leads to the delay, suspension, or cancellation of the Service, Zoohub.online is not obliged to extend the term of the relevant Service nor to be liable for any damages or losses resulting from such delay, suspension or cancellations, or related.
The Member acknowledges and agrees that Zoohub.online reserves the right but is not obligated to actively control or exercise any editorial control over the content of any messages or data, or information (including User Content) created, received, or received. Available through the Services or the Website. Zoohub.online does not endorse, verify or otherwise certify the content of any comments or other data or information (including User Content) created, provided, posted, or otherwise made by any Participant. Each Participant is responsible for the content of their messages and may be held legally liable or liable for the content of their comments or other data or information.
The Participant acknowledges and agrees that each Participant is personally responsible for reviewing applicable laws and regulations in their respective jurisdictions to confirm that the use and access to the Site and Services are by them.
The Participant at this moment confirms that he has read this Agreement and agrees (and/or obtained the written consent of his legal representatives and Zoohub.online has the right to request documentary confirmation of this agreement) that Zoohub.online may contact you by phone, send SMS, e-mail, and other means of communication, including but not limited to, through messengers (including Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram), for purposes including, but not limited to, marketing, advertising, opinion research, promotion of the Site and Services. The Participant also agrees that Zoohub.online sends advertising and informational, Website, and other messages Zoohub.online has the right to involve third parties, including, but not limited to, various companies that provide relevant services in the field of advertising - information, site, and other messages, mobile operators, messengers, various social networks, platforms, other companies that provide similar services.
Each Participant warrants, guarantees, and agrees that:
You and your representatives comply with applicable laws and regulations (including, but not limited to, applicable laws and regulations regarding product security, intellectual property rights, data confidentiality, consumer protection, import and export controls, unfair competition, pricing, advertising, labor, the environment, health and security, anti-corruption and anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing legislation);
You and your representatives are not subject to any trade restrictions, sanctions, or other legal restrictions imposed or proposed to be imposed by any country, international organization, or jurisdiction ("Relevant Entities");
You and your representatives do not offer products or services that may give rise to any international trade restrictions, sanctions, or other legal restrictions on any relevant entity;
You agree at all times to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations and sanctions on goods, services, software, and technology when using the Services, including resolutions on sanctions, laws, and regulations adopted and applied by the UN Security Council, the People's Republic of China The Republic, the United States of America and any other country;
You and your representatives are responsible for complying with the laws and regulations of the country/region of destination, including applicable labor laws and standards. If the product or service is not permitted in one or more markets, the Site reserves the right to remove the Product Ad from those markets or stop selling any such product or service.
If at any time you do not meet any of the above requirements, you should immediately stop using the Services.
If Zoohub.online reasonably believes that any of your actions and/or omissions violate or threaten to violate any applicable laws and regulations, Zoohub.online may, in its sole discretion, take the necessary action at any time to resolve such actions. Circumstances, including, but not limited to, discontinuing all or some of the Services and certain features of the Site, closing relevant orders and terminating your account, reserving all rights it may have concerning any action or behavior of its participants that do not meet the requirements of the law.
Violation of participants
Zoohub.online reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove, modify or reject any User Content (in whole or in part) that you submit, upload, or display on the Site that we reasonably believe is illegal, in violation of the Terms, and that may call Zoohub.online or its representatives to justice or violate the Rights of Third Parties or may harm the interests of our Members, third parties, or Zoohub.online or its representatives or which in any way is considered inappropriate, in Zoohub.online's sole discretion.
If any Member violates any of the Terms or if Zoohub.online has reasonable grounds to believe that any Member violates any of the Terms, Zoohub.online has the right to take such response measures as Zoohub.online deems appropriate, including without limitation:
suspend or delete a Member's account and any accounts associated with an account such as Zoohub.online will be determined at its sole discretion. In this case, Zoohub.online will not be liable for losses or damages incurred due to such suspension or removal or in connection with it;
restrict, reduce, suspend, or terminate your subscription to any Service, access to any Service, or your current or future use of any Service;
delete posted information about any product or service or other User Content provided, published or displayed by the Participant, or impose restrictions on the number of goods or services that the Participant may post or display information on or the amount of other User Content that The participant can post or display;
impose other restrictions on the use by the Participant of any properties or functions of any Service, such as Zoohub.online deems appropriate in its sole discretion; and
any other remedies, enforcement, or penalties such as Zoohub.online deems it appropriate in its sole discretion.
Without limiting the generality of the provisions of the Terms, the Participant shall be deemed to be in breach of the Terms in any of the following circumstances:
On the complaint or claim of any third party if Zoohub.online has reasonable grounds to believe that such Participant intends or does not perform its Agreement with a third party;
Zoohub.online has reasonable grounds to suspect that such Participant has used false and misleading information in any agreement with Users;
Zoohub.online has reasonable grounds to suspect that any information provided by the Participant is inaccurate or complete or is false, inaccurate, or misleading;
Zoohub.online believes that the actions of the Member may result in loss or financial liability of Zoohub.online or its representatives or any other Users.
Zoohub.online reserves the right to cooperate fully with government or regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, private detectives, and/or injured third parties to investigate any suspected criminal or civil offense. In addition, within the applicable law, Zoohub.online may disclose contact information about the Member's identity and/or information about their account (s), transactions, or actions performed on or through the Site at the request of the regulatory authority or law enforcement, or the victim of a third party, or as a result of a summons or other court case. Zoohub.online is not liable for damages or results arising from such disclosure, and the Participant agrees not to take any action or sue Zoohub.online for such disclosure. Zoohub.online may at any time in its sole discretion restrict, suspend or discontinue the use by this Member of any Services or Site without liability to the Member Zoohub.online has been notified that the Member is in breach of any agreement or obligations with any representative of Zoohub.online. Such violation entails whether there are reasonable suspicions of involvement in the commission of dishonest or fraudulent acts. Zoohub.online reserves the right but is not obliged to investigate such violation or require a confirmation from the Participant.
Each Member undertakes to indemnify Zoohub. online, its representatives, and to protect against possible losses, damages, claims, and obligations (including legal costs in full) that may arise from the submission, publication, or display of any Content user by using or accessing the Site or the Services, or by violating the Terms or any Additional Agreements
Each Member agrees that Zoohub.online is not and should not be liable to him or anyone for any User Content or other data transmitted through the Site through the Services, including fraudulent inaccuracies, misleading, inaccurate, defamatory, or illegal data, and that the risk of harm from such User Content and other data rests entirely with each Participant.
Agreements between Buyers and Sellers
The Zoohub.online site provides an opportunity to exchange information, conduct transactions between sellers and buyers of goods and services. However, Zoohub.online does not represent Sellers or buyers under specific agreements. Zoohub.online does not control and is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or availability of products or services offered for sale on the Site, the ability of sellers to complete the sale, or the ability of buyers to complete the purchase. The Services include all the functionalities of the Site that you can use.
Users are told that risky transactions may occur with people who have provided false information about themselves. infringement of third-party rights or claims or claims to the production, import, export, distribution, supply, demonstration, purchase, sale, and/or use of products or services of the User offered or displayed on the Site or through the provision of Services that may violate or may be declared as violating the rights of third parties; or claims of any party related to the protection of rights;
unauthorized access of third parties to the data or personal information of any User;
statements or actions of any User of the Site or Services;
other actions related to the Site or Services that arise, including through negligence.
The limitations and disclaimers of these Terms apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and regardless of whether the Zoohub.online User has been warned or should have been aware of the possibility of such damages.
Force majeure
Under no circumstances shall Zoohub.online be liable or liable for any damages resulting from the unavailability, inconvenience, or failure of the Services, systems, Site, or delays or non-provision of the Services for the following reasons:
disconnection of the system for maintenance;
inability to transmit data due to failures in the operation of communication terminals or telecommunications equipment;

Intellectual property rights
Zoohub.online is the sole owner and legal licensee of all rights and interests on the Site and Content of the Site. The Site and the content of the Site embody trade secrets and intellectual property rights protected by international copyright laws. All titles, property rights, and intellectual property rights to the Site and the content of the Site must remain with Zoohub.online, representatives, or licensors. All rights are claimed under the Terms of Zoohub.online.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all rights, property rights, and interests in all derivative works created by Zoohub.online and/or its representatives using User Content by the Terms belong to Zoohub.online. All legal notices or requests to Zoohub.online must be made electronically and sent to Zoohub.online.
All legal notices or requests to the User's address must be valid and delivered by email specified by the User Zoohub.online, or by posting such notice or request on the Site, which are publicly available. The User's message is recognized as such by the user if and when:

Zoohub.online, and you are independent parties; neither relationship, agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer, or franchisor-franchisee is envisaged or created by the Terms.
