Rules for submitting ads
All the rules described below are binding!
1. Header
The title should be concise, informative, accurate, and concise, with a mandatory indication of the product or service. This is necessary for the potential customer to find what he needs faster.
The title should not contain a phone number, capital letters (except the beginning of a word), and non-alphanumeric characters (* ^ @ <>, etc.), as well as lots of exclamation marks (!!!!!) and question marks (????).
A set of repeating keywords and phrases; clarifying phrases that do not relate to the subject of sale; a list of compatible products, a list of brands/models with the message "not"/"like"/"similar" — the search engine may recognize it as spam, and your ad will not be included in the search results.
2. Category and subcategory
The category and subcategory must correspond to the content of your ad. This match will make it easier to find a product or service. Your ad may be moved or rejected if the category and subcategory are selected incorrectly.
3. Price. Auction. I will give it as a gift.
Specifying the price of the product or service is mandatory!
It does not matter in which currency (by the one offered by the site) the price for the product or service was indicated, as payment is received in the currency accepted by the country from which the Seller operates.
For example, The seller conducts his activities from the territory of Ukraine - he will receive the amount according to the conversion in the official currency of Ukraine - the hryvnia, according to the Law "On Currency and Currency Operations."
Also, a product or service can be sold for a fixed price and by auction. You can select "I will give it as a gift" if necessary.
The price must be accurate from the beginning to avoid disputes.
4. Category parameters.
For potential buyers to find your offer faster, pay attention to the correctness of filling in all fields with its parameters. The filters that the Buyer will use when searching for ads correspond to these ad parameters.
5. Description
Describe the product or service in detail and competently so that the potential Buyer is interested in your ad.
The description has:
Match the title and photo of the product or service;
Describe the sale of one product or service;
Contain all features and characteristics of the product or service.
Indicate only true information; otherwise, false information and concealment of shortcomings may lead to negative consequences on the part of the Site and potential Buyers;
For a better product description, we recommend avoiding the following:
Numerous spelling errors distort the content and mislead;
Text that does not make sense;
Words indicated using numerical symbols, partially or completely (example: C06aka);
Repeated keywords and phrases.
6. Photo
Photos are an essential element of a successful ad. The more high-quality photos, the greater your chance of being noticed.
What should be remembered:
the photo must correspond to the title and text of the ad;
the photo must depict only the offered product or service;
the photo must be of good quality;
the photo must not contain erotic or pornographic scenes, logos, and links to competing services;
prohibited photos: collage, screenshot, with contact information;
a phone number is not allowed in the photo;
The photo must be taken by yourself. If so-called "stock" photos are used to sell a product or service, the service may reject such an ad.
7. Location
In the location, indicate the town where your product is located or where you provide the service.
8. E-mail address
E-mail — Your login for logging into the Zoohub.online profile. When creating an ad, the e-mail address you specified during registration will be automatically specified.
9. Duplication and redeployment of ads. Deleting and re-registering a profile
Placing and/or re-placing (removing the old ad and placing a new ad without a time gap with the previous one) duplicated or similar content ads in one and/or different settlements/categories are prohibited. Deleting and re-registering the same profile or different profiles from the same user is also not allowed.
10. Duplication of profiles
Only one profile is available to one user (both a legal entity and an individual). We perform a technical analysis of the profiles, and if some of them are determined to be duplicated, this leads to their automatic suspension. Duplication of the same phone number in different profiles indicates that these profiles belong to the same user.
It is forbidden to transfer/give the profile (information necessary to access) for rent or sell to third parties.
11. Demand, Supply
There is no need to place ads such as "Buy" or "Looking" - just use the service search. You can search on the main page by entering keywords or by category using filters and/or keywords.
12. The relevance of the offer
The ad must be relevant! If the product is sold or the service is provided, or if you do not have the product or service, deactivate the ad.
! Take note:
Violation of any of the above clauses of the Rules is grounds for rejection of the ad (both with the possibility of editing and without the right of restoration);
Systematic violations of any of the above Rules, as well as numerous complaints from other users, lead to the blocking of the profile;
The rules apply to all ads, regardless of whether or not paid services apply to them. Advertisements can also be rejected if violations are detected;
