The mechanism of ordering and paying for goods

1. Finding the right one

In one way or another, the user finds the product he needs (animal/service/product) on the Zoohub.online website.

2. Contact the seller of the announcement.

The User contacts the Seller on the platform provided by the Site to resolve and clarify all critical issues.

3. Follow-up after agreement

After the Parties have settled all critical issues, they proceed to the procedure of execution of the Agreement and transfer of the Goods.

4. Payment

For goods for which you do not need to sign a contract of sale, the animal is paid in full. Payment for users who have paid a subscription fee is made using a Secure Agreement. After payment for the goods, the Buyer sends a confirmation to the Seller and receives a response as to receive the goods. The Parties should discuss this procedure in advance.

Payment for the Animal is made by the procedure of purchase and sale of the Animal, as specified in Part 5.

! Please note that Zoohub.online receives 5%, and the payment provider receives 2.5% of each transfer amount, so consider this when pricing goods and services.

5. The procedure for buying and selling Creatures

The main thing in this procedure is the settlement of all necessary issues by the parties on the platform proposed by the Site to ensure the security of the Agreement and to prove their rightness in disputes.

After agreeing on everything necessary, the Parties sign the Sales Agreement, which is placed during the payment and advance payment. The advance payment is made as protection of the Seller against fraud by the Buyer and is transferred together with the entire amount, after the final transfer of the Animal under the terms of a secure agreement. The size of the advance is agreed upon by the Parties in advance and should not be less than 10% of the total amount. After the payment of the advance payment and the signing of two copies of the Agreement by the parties, an appropriate examination is conducted by a veterinarian, who fills out the Animal Health Certificate with the participation of both parties. If the Animal is not delivered personally to the Buyer, but through the Delivery Agent, this must be specified in the Contract. Before the final transfer of the Animal, the Buyer pays the balance of the amount and receives the Animal. The contract is successful if all requirements are met and the Animal is finally handed over to the Buyer. The Seller is not responsible for the animal after handing it over personally to the Buyer/Delivery Agent, except for the cases specified in the Sales Agreement.
